Rajan Vasa started his Career in the year 1988 - 89 with a leading global software company - Oracle Corporation, USA. With more then twenty years of experience in the technology and IT Industry, he is a dynamic leader and one of the pioneers of the IT Industry of Gujarat, India. Rajan Vasa is an active member of various associations and societies. He is the Co-Founder & former Chairman of Gujarat Electronics & Software Industries Association (GESIA) as well as Past Chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC). He is the Co-Founder & Trustee of Indo American Education Society (IAES) and Co-Founder & Charter Member of TiE Ahmedabad. He has received M.S.E.E. from Stanford University, USA and B.S.E.E. from USC, Los Angeles, USA and is an active member of Stanford as well as USC Alumni Associations. Shree Nair, an adept professional with over 14 years of multifunctional rich experience in Profit Centre Operations, Process Enhancements and Man Management is the Vice President - UK Operations at Contech BPO Services Private Limited. In his current role, he contributes to the development and delivery of short and long term strategic business goals of establishing the Healthcare Locum Placement Services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Finance & Accounting Services for the UK Market of Contech. An effective leader with distinguished abilities in operations, end-to-end process management and strong mentoring and coaching skills for building high-performance teams, Shree Nair is planning to play a pivotal role in taking Contech’s UK Operations to newer heights.

Mital Gandhi has been associated with Contech Group for more than 10 years. With practical insight into Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Administration activities, he has wide experience in all aspects of Finance, Accounts, Administration, Budgeting, Statutory compliance of Direct & Indirect taxes etc. His deep domain expertise in strategic and financial management ensures that Contech tightly manages its financial resources and operations.

As General Manager – Finance & Administration, Mital Gandhi has been instrumental in devising the medium and long term financial planning for Contech Group as well as managing day to day functional operations, and end-to-end business processes.

Chetana Patel, who took charge as Manager HR & Operations in early 2007, plays a pivotal role in managing the entire gamut of Human Resources function at Contech. A postgraduate in management with specialization in Finance & HR, Ms. Patel holds rich experience of 5 years in HR, talent recruitment, retention and development. Her core competence areas are Human Resource Management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Motivation and Employee Relations, etc.
