Founder, Chairman & Managing Director
Rajan Vasa is the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Ahmedabad, India based Contech BPO Services Private Limited, leading a team of more than 100 professionals. Rajan Vasa started his Career in the year 1988 - 89 with a leading global software company - Oracle Corporation, USA. With more then twenty years of experience in the technology and IT Industry, he is a dynamic leader and one of the pioneers of the IT Industry of Gujarat, India. Rajan Vasa is an active member of various associations and societies. He is the Co-Founder & former Chairman of Gujarat Electronics & Software Industries Association (GESIA), as well as Past Chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC). He is the Co-Founder & Trustee of Indo American Education Society (IAES) and Co-Founder & Charter Member of TiE Ahmedabad. He has received M.S.E.E. from Stanford University, USA and B.S.E.E. from USC, Los Angeles, USA and is an active member of Stanford as well as USC Alumni Associations. Rajan Vasa is the motive force behind the high growth velocity of Contech BPO. Vice President - Operations
Dr. Nayan Mali has 13 years of running Business Process Outsourcing organizations especially in Medical Transcription and Call Center Services. Originally from New Delhi, India and received his graduate degree from University of Delhi in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery in 1996 and was a resident physician for one year.
Nayan completed Long duration Executive Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkatta, India in the year 2005.
Nayan has a knack of 'getting things done' and driving results-through collaboration, partnerships, and relationships-as a senior manager in the healthcare outsourcing industry. With an enthusiastic and genuinely friendly attitude, Nayan radiates a sincere passion for delivering value and benefits to Contech's customers on consistent basis.
Vice President - Finance and Administration
Mital Gandhi has been associated with Contech Group for more than 10 years. With practical insight into Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Administration activities, he has wide experience in all aspects of Finance, Accounts, Administration, Budgeting, Statutory compliance of Direct & Indirect taxes, etc. His deep domain expertise strategic and financial management ensures that Contech tightly manages its financial resources and operations.
As Vice President - Finance & Administration, Mital Gandhi has been instrumental in devising the medium and long term financial planning for Contech Group as well as managing day to day functional operations and end-to-end business processes.
General Manager - Music Engraving Services
Rajan Joshi has been in the music field since childhood as a novice learning sitar and harmonium. Rajan learned to play guitar at the age of 13 and started playing the Bass guitar. At such a young, age, he also became conversant with keyboards. From the late teen years, Rajan started professionally participating in live Garba, Rock and Pop gigs and music shows. He learnt western music notation and Indian notations. He has also directed a couple of Hindi Pop audio albums and Gujarati audio album.
Rajan has been a Western music teacher and performer for almost 25 years. He has tutored Guitar for many years and is now fully occupied in engraving work in Finale and Sibelius and customized music softwares. He has B.Com. and B.Ed. degrees and has been a school teacher and an administrator for a school. This experience has taught Rajan to patiently work on training and grooming people, a skill which he uses regularly as Head of Music Division at Contech BPO.
